It’s almost comforting having the ugliest house on the street. Because really, who would want to rob this dump?
But seriously, in 1960, the architect must’ve decided,
“Hey, why not frame some decorative wood around the windows! And put a big square on the driveway side too so the owners can paint a mural in it. Maybe something with dolphins or unicorns!”
As beautiful as it was, it was time for them boards to go. Job time: 2days.
Surprisingly, the boards around the windows went an inch or so into the stucco and attached directly to the framing of the house. Best left to the pros.
Yeah, I would’ve screwed that up big time. Next up, windows and paint.
